Pilates Equipment Classes (50 min)
Multi-level classes that combine the principles of Pilates with an emphasis on moving through multiple planes of motion. Mixed equipment classes will utilize other equipment in addition to the Reformer/Tower units such as the BOSU, EXO Chair, TRX, stability ball, etc.

Open Studio
Open Studio is for experienced students who are self motivated and proficient on the equipment. There will be supervision and some guidance/advice by a certified instructor but, this should be considered your personal practice. Like all sessions, Open Studio is by appointment only.

If you are living with chronic conditions, rehabilitating from an injury, want a different pace than in a class, or have a constrained schedule, private sessions are a great option.
