Kokopilates Pilates & TRX Studio
Kokopilates Pilates & TRX Studio was founded by fitness and Pilates professional Theresa Wilson.
Theresa has been inspiring women to enjoy and expand their fitness
relationship with their bodies for almost a decade. As a certified Balanced Body and Pilates Method Alliance (PMA)
instructor, a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200), and
an ACE certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer, Theresa
works one-on-one or in small groups with clients to help them strengthen
their core, increase their flexibility, and develop their own passion for a
lifetime of joyful active living.

Just Added: 3 Beginning Classes
If you are ready for a class but are still at a novice level, these classes may be just right for you:
5:30pm on Tuesdays and
3:00pm & 4:00pm on Fridays
To attend classes (vs. private sessions) you must be able to transition between exercises easily, change spring weight, be free from pain and able to independently manage any pathology.
