  • Reformer / Equipment Classes

    Multi-level classes that combine the principles of Pilates with an emphasis on moving through multiple planes of motion. Every muscle group will be stretched and/or strengthened. A wonderful blend of exercises to rejuvenate your body and mind.

  • Open Studio

    Each student practices on their own while an instructor is the room to offer assistance and answer questions. This is a great option for students who are proficient on the equipment and would like to develop an independent practice.

  • Private + Semi-private

    These lessons are customized to meet your needs. We are able to focus on your form and target areas that you may be eager to care for. If you are living with chronic conditions, rehabilitating from an injury, want a different pace than in a class, or have a constrained schedule, private sessions are a great option.

  • New Client Package 3 private sessions

    Three private sessions allow you to become familiar with the biomechanics of each exercise, perform the exercise safely, and explore the breadth of the equipment and how they function. After the successful completion of your private sessions, we will discuss your readiness for group equipment classes or if you would benefit from continued private sessions.

  • New Client Package 3 semi-private sessions (2 people)

    Three semi-private sessions (you and another) are designed for you to become familiar with the biomechanics of each exercise, perform the exercise safely, and explore the breadth of the equipment and how they function. After the successful completion of the sessions, we will discuss your readiness for group equipment classes or if you would benefit from continued semi-private sessions. This package can be used one time only.
